Hi, I’m Suneet Kaur (su-neet | she/her), a Medical Herbalist and Shamanic Practitioner.

My work lies at the intersection of herbal medicine, spirit, and ancestral lineage. I offer a safe, compassionate space where your physical health, spiritual longings, and cultural identity are honoured and held.

As a first-generation British-born Indian woman, I carry a deeply rooted awareness of belonging and of walking between worlds. My practice is shaped by that balance of duality: tradition and modernity, Indigenous traditions of the Americas and Nepal, science and soul.

My mission is to walk with you as we bring these threads together, in service of your healing.

I provide personalised, clinically-informed herbal prescriptions. You’ll receive bespoke plant medicine designed for your body, your journey, and your life circumstances, always with a strong emphasis on safety, especially when working alongside conventional medicine.

2. Shamanic Healing & Ceremony

Tap into ancestral wisdom, plant alliances, and spiritual guidance. I hold ceremonial space for soul retrieval, energetic clearing, ancestral work, and connection with the living intelligence of plant spirits.

3. Shamanic Mentoring & Spiritual Guidance

If you are on a spiritual path or awakening to deeper purpose, I walk beside you. This mentoring is grounded in shamanic principles, embodied practice, and sacred plant relationships.

• Cultural Awareness: My South Asian heritage and first-generation British experience give me a unique perspective on identity, belonging, and ancestral healing as a person and in wellness spaces.

• Safe, Warm Container: My manner is direct yet gentle, with a deeply non-judgmental and confidential space.

• Committed to Diversity: Committed to staying away from cultural appropriation and learning about diversity and inclusion. I have completed Safe Zone Diversity & Inclusion Training for the LGBTQIA+ community.
